D.R.A.W. MENTORSHIP
REDEFINING THE LANDSCAPE FOR UNDERSERVED STUDENTS OF COLOR...
The D.R.A.W. Mentoring Program aims to equip student athletes with the resources and support needed for a well-rounded experience that helps them reach their goals.
CAUSE
We work to help today’s youth with the resources they need to succeed in life personally and professionally.
MISSION
WBP strives to help 100,000 students, ages 8 through 18, prepare for success academically, athletically, and socially by providing educational tools, life skills, and mentorship over the next 5 years, so they can develop the discipline and balance needed to tackle any challenges they may face.
IMPACT
We will do this by activating 10 WardBoy Project Mentoring Programs by collaborating with local schools and community-based organizations, hosting 20 Ward Boy Camps, and 5 educational symposiums within 5 years to impact an additional 50,000 people looking for the inspiration needed to succeed in life.
RECRUITMENT
Partnering with schools, community centers, and sports organizations to identify and enroll participants.
TRAINING FOR MENTORS
Providing mentors with the necessary training and resources to effectively support their mentees. PROGRAM SCHEDULE Regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions are scheduled throughout the school year.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
