Founded in 2017, the WardBoy Project Bay Area Youth Football Academy was created to ensure all youth, regardless of background, have access to elite football training paired with life-changing mentorship and character-building experiences.
This isn’t just a football camp—it’s a launching pad for the next generation of leaders. With a curriculum grounded in athletic development, personal growth, and community engagement, participants gain more than just skills on the field. They leave with a foundation in discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership—core values that transcend sport.
Over the years, the academy has become a staple in the Bay Area, attracting passionate athletes, professional coaches, and dedicated volunteers. Each session fosters deep connections between players, coaches, and families, strengthening community ties and creating a ripple effect of empowerment.
