The BTY (Better Than Yesterday) Symposium is an immersive workshop aimed at giving student-athletes the tools they need to achieve their ultimate dreams. Whether a one-day or multiple day format, the Symposiums provide an all-inclusive environment that nourishes athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally. With training sessions that develop strength, speed, quickness, and change of direction; teaching sessions that cover Coach Bobby’s proprietary 5 Steps to Greatness, and mental health and wellness sessions for both athetes and parents that inspire and motivate; the BTY Symposiums are a unique experience that will never be forgotten.
